All our products are unique and produced only once ordered. Each item is specially manufactured for you after your purchase, which means we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges like traditional retail stores.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color selection. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you're not satisfied with your order for reasons other than defects, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll review each case individually and may offer a partial refund (minus production and shipping costs) at our discretion.
If you receive a damaged product or there's a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or full refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please provide clear photos showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.
If you receive the wrong item or there's a manufacturing error (such as incorrect print, color, or size), please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos. We will provide a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
We take pride in the quality of our products. If there are significant print quality issues (such as misalignment, fading, or incorrect colors), please contact us within 30 days with clear photos. Minor variations in print placement (within 0.5 inches) are normal for print-on-demand products and are not considered defects.

We'll review your request within 48 hours and offer a free replacement or full refund
We will not offer replacements or refunds for:
Customer ordered wrong size or color
Change of mind after the product has been manufactured
Items with minor print placement variations (within 0.5 inch tolerance)
Claims submitted after 30 days from delivery
For approved claims due to defects or errors, you can choose between a free replacement or a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Replacements are produced and shipped using the same timeline as new orders.
